Support Integration Engineer
A Support Integration Engineer is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Preston.

Overview of the Support Integration Engineer contract role
Working within the Combat Air Support Weapon System Integration Team, an exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen supporting the development and implementation of Capability and Integration across the Combat Air Support (CAS) Engineering Shared Service teams and their functional interfaces.
Key skills required for the Support Integration Engineer
- Experience of definition, design and implementation of new or ongoing Engineering Capability Development activities such as the production of process definition or change documentation, process standards, implementation plans or programmes
- The ability to support to related review meetings and interfacing with Combat Air Support capability development points of contact, heads of capability and other Combat Air Support personnel relevant to achieving the improvement activity.
- Experience of in the production and/or maintenance of a suite of Governance plans at both Combat Air Support programmes level which provide guidance and governance for processes.
- Knowledge of production and/or maintenance of a suite of documentation aligned to the Quality & Governance requirements.
The role is based in Preston, Lancashire - commutable from Blackpool, Lancaster, Morecambe, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool and Leeds
