Description
I am currently working with a global Pharmaceutical organisation who is looking for an Environmental Health Specialist to join their team. You will initially be working on a 5 month contract in Cork, Ireland.As an Environmental Health Specialist, your job is to evaluate, plan and implement appropriate occupational safety, machine safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics program components, including development and delivery of training materials as required.
Your key skills / experience will include:
> Familiar with identification of potential risk to analysis of the level of risk to the implementation of appropriate control measures
> Track and report key performance indicators and metrics and evaluate, plan and implement EHS&S training and awareness programs > Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing is required
> Strong collaboration and influencing skills without direct line authority are required > The ability to partner across multiple functions and department is required
> Availability and willingness to travel on company business
> Asserts personal ideas and opinions using persuasion to influence others
> develop and implement training packages for on-line and/or classroom training and work closely with and establish partnerships
