My NHS client is seeking to appoint a Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor to support a London organisation on an interim basis for an initial 3 month contract with the view to extend.My Cleint is looking for the following key skills and experience:
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Experience working in Continuing Healthcare
- Experience working in Community
- Strong knowledge of the Continuing Healthcare Framework
- Must have experience carrying out Live Case Assessments in residential homes, nursing homes and care homes.
- Experience of writing up reports to reflect findings after assessments are carried out.
This role will involve general CHC assessments. There is no back log to deal with and my client is looking for someone who is an experience assessor who would not need any training.
