Description
Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager - LondonFinancial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager required with XSKILLX experience for one of the leading Global Investment banks based in London to come on board and assist them with a Global Compliance Assurance Project.
This will be a Permanent role. The role is offering between £60k- £70k for the right candidate and you will be based in London.
Key Responsibility
- You will plan, prepare, lead and report on assurance reviews which will involve reviewing compliance areas such as operations, processes, controls & monitoring plans.
- To provide AML subject matter expertise and support for the Assurance team, working with the team to identify adverse trends, poor controls and systemic risks.
- Draft and issue reports of each review, record and track the implementation of review recommendations and produce MI in relation to the reviews undertaken.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- An Experienced Business Analyst/ Project Manager/ Programme Manager
- Experienced AML or Sanctions professional
- Experience in assurance or monitoring
- Excellent experience of AML, CTF and Sanctions is essential.
- Background in controls, control testing in audit or other control functions is desirable.
- Detailed report writing and presenting to senior steak holders
- Financial Crime Compliance- Audit experience would be highly desirable
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
- Must have Banking background
