Market intelligence Manager, Unified Communications & TelecomsMy client, a global communications company URGENTLY require a talented Market intelligence Manager to join their Product Marketing team. The Market intelligence Manager will be responsible for researching market trends and performing competitive analysis in relation to my clients product portfolio and market position.
THE ROLE:
- Research market trends utilising various information services. Organise regular Analyst Inquiries, summarise reports and share key findings with relevant stakeholders
- Create, deliver and keep improving impactful research reports that highlight key findings and convey data in a clear and concise manner.
- Deliver 'Article of the Day', Competitive Analysis, Product focus decks etc. Develop executive-level summaries of market intelligence for leadership team
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative information in order to develop relevant insights and determine business implications
- Organise two Global Satisfaction Surveys during the 6 months, collecting data from Marketing Ops, connect with regions, analyse all data and write presentations, by region, highlighting key findings, present final recommendations to regions and key internal stakeholders
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience working with UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS, Telecommunication, SaaS or Collaboration products.
- Demonstrable experience in competitive intelligence, marketing research or data analysis;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in putting together a typical Research Project
