I am currently looking for a Graduate Territory Sales Representative to join my clients leading global technology company. This role is covering the Midlands, and is responsible for selling industrial tapes and adhesives to distribution networks and end users.
Ideal candidates will be a recent graduate, ideally based in Northampton, Leicester, Peterborough or Oxford. You will be degree educated, having had some exposure to commercial environments and have a real desire to progress and succeed in a career in sales.
Job Responsibilities;
Sell complete range of products in order to achieve sales targets.
Continue to build knowledge of IATD products, competitor's products and key accounts.
Manage distributors with combined sales, building relationships, creating and managing business plans within the authorised distributor network.
Manage and lead business activities/key programmes within nominated key accounts.
Create sales growth territory campaigns ie CRM programs, distributor promotions
Feedback on competitor activities within the marketplace.
Training of distributor internal & external sales people.
Perform product sampling of equipment or products, performing an analysis on competitors products.
Key Skills, Experience & Capabilities;
Proven Sales or customer service experience & background is advantageous
Degree educated
Strong Communications Skills at all levels of the organisation
Strong Negotiation Skills
Strong Influencing Skills
Self Motivated
Computer literate in word, excel, PowerPoint
