Description
The Scrum Coach is engaged in the design of Agile processes in the field of Product Owners, Project, Program and Portfolio Management. The Scaling Coach creates Backlog Management processes, coordination structures with the goal of complete products ASAP (short-cyclical) in a chain of teams.
Activities:

Advising the Management and Business partners for organizing the Product Owner organization;

Training and coaching of Product Owners, Project and Program Managers for applying Agile Practices;

Organising the scaling practices in supply chains across multiple teams and projects;

Guiding projects and programs in applying Agile to send value maximization;

Assisting Product Owners in stakeholder management in applying Agile.
Job requirements:

Experience with the introduction of Agile within an entire organization;

He or she knows the introduction of Agile happening in any force;

Can act at management level;

Experience with Project & Product Management;

Passion about using Agile/Scrum;

Can deal with policy within an organization;
-
Is Business Value Oriented, can explain and propagate value maximization.
