Your tasks:
- Determine and confirm systems "to be archived"
- Develop complete project plan (ICE methodology preferred), including detailed work packages for every single asset (physical and software/e-records) flagged "to be archived"
- Definition of needed resources (financial and personnel)
- Support the creation of the internal CAR (capital appropriation request)
- Execution of the defined project plan
- Interface with senior executives at the sites to conceptualize, design, and optimize project elements
- Drive effective communication of project goals and results to key internal stakeholders and executives
- Design effective control systems to ensure the project is in time and budget
Your qualifications
- Documented expertise as project lead in complex business processes
- Communication on CxO level
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is beneficial
- Profound experience with GMP
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
