Infrastructure Design Engineer/£30 - 40ph/12 Month Contract/East & West Midlands
Looking for an experienced Infrastructure Design Engineer for a rapidly expanding company with offices in the East and West Midlands.
As the company is a specialist, independent Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy a background working on Road and Drainage projects is a must so that you can come in and hit the ground running.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Section 38, 104, 106 and 278 agreements
- Familiarity with the latest SUDs techniques
- Experienced using surface water attenuation calculations
Essential
- Experience using AutoCAD, Windes, Micro-drainage, PDS software
- Background in road and drainage design on residential and commercial projects
- Ideally on housing projects
Details
- 9am - 5pm days
- Rate negotiable; Dependent on experience
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
You will be required to carry out road & drainage design depending on the individual project, assessing the site/housing levels and identifying where relevant calculations are needed and ensuring that the work adheres to the necessary legislation.
The company has sites around the UK, and is currently expanding their Civil Infrastructure capabilities, so this will provide you with a great opportunity to get a lengthy rolling contract for a company that would look good on even the most seasoned contractors CV.
