Next Ventures have been exclusively engaged by a Global Enterprise embarking on a large SAP transformation programme and are seeking to acquire a SAP FSCM Solution Architect who will be responsible for Global SAP Finance SAP FSCM -DM Projects from design to implementation. The ideal individual will progress from an SAP FSCM Architect background with experience in architecture, platforms, enhancements, infrastructure and stakeholder management.
The client are in the initiation phase of a new project where the objective is to shift functionality from SAP FSCM Dispute Management to Sales Force dispute management. The Back End system is still SAP so the existing interface must be changed to fit and the existing Back End SAP dispute functionality must be reviewed and notifications, workflows etc. must be switched of. There is also a task to align the SAP process and data structure to the Sales Force process and data structure.
The profile that we are looking for is SAP FSCM Solution Architect with extensive SAP FSCM Dispute Management.
Analysing Business requirements, Solution Architecture, Approval Design, Stakeholder management etc..
Strong Integration and Interface skills. Integrate Third Party Legacy systems.
Take ownership of Solution Design.
Transform business processes and Legacy interfaces from existing systems with a vast applications landscape into an SAP ERP solution performing a role of a SAP solution architect and Legacy applications owner.
Perform
As Is analysis and documentation across multiple systems in a complex IT Landscape
Fit/Gap analysis & Solution Design for the SAP and the integrated application interfaces
Managing delivery of designed solutions with internal and external service providers
Providing status reports to the program's stakeholders
The SAP FS-CM Architect will have responsibility for the architecture or SAP FSCM-DM designs. The organisation operates on a truly global scale and is seeking a collaborative and engaging individual to be part of their SAP Team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill-set;
Experience in SAP FSCM solution architecture
Designing SAP FSCM- DM solutions
Leading implementation workstream
Stakeholder management
Gathering business requirements
Driving system changes for SAP deployment
SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
Experience working alongside finance operations team
Experience working on a global architect scale
Progressing from an SAP FSCM Design background with cross-module integration experience
SAP Finance Functional knowledge within a global environment
Multiple end-end project life cycle experience within SAP FS-CM
Coordinate between multiple stakeholders and drive delivery from concept to implementation
Engaging with the Global Finance functions to gather business requirements
Fluent in English
Problem solving skills to combat solutions in a business perspective
A high level of written and verbal communication
SAP FSCM - Dispute Management SAP Dispute Management resolve disagreements between the vendor and the customer quickly and efficiently, taking into account the customer's existing financial obligations. Analyse the problem and the reasons for the outstanding amount, and provides a starting point for an organization to establish a quality management concept, reduce DSO, and increase customer satisfaction. Increases customer profitability and decreases DSO by: Recognizing problems in the payment cycle at an early stage Monitoring factors that influence the DSO Decreasing price reductions and underpayments.
