Communications Manager
Our North West based client are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
The role will involve creating and delivering communications to ensure successful delivery of change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the communication lead ensure approach and plan is integrated with the wider business.
- Facilitate creation of key messages and stakeholder management plan.
- Provide coaching on techniques to achieve effective communication
- Develop creative material - continually review content to ensure material is fit for purpose.
- Provide regular reports on communication activity and budget spend
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of delivering effective communication techniques
- Understanding of business challenges
- Experience of working on change projects on a large scale
- Ability to write clearly
- Knowledge of publication skills for improvement
- Understanding of production and design techniques
- Social Media expertise
- Experience within a contact centre environment would be ideal
