Description
IQPS have an urgent long term need for a strategic Transformation Director with a strong background in Long Term Budgeting across the borough. Cost saving is key across Public sector and the client needs a Director/Programme Manager that is able to look holistically across the borough and analyse Budgets and where Savings can be made. Your role will be to Lead and Manage the Smarter Budgeting Programme. You will be securing the timely delivery of business cases that meet the organisations priorities in terms of outcomes for residents and budget requirements for 2017.
You will have the following
-Direct Experience of setting up and managing fast paced, complex projects and programme using and evidence of delivering the required products/outcomes on time and within budget
-Experience of working in Local Government, across multiple departments and ideally an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Shared Services environment
-You will also be Leading and managing the design, planning and implementation of the Smarter Budgeting process.
