Microsoft Licensing Specialist - ()
The Microsoft Licensing Specialist engages with Customers via Mail and Phone to assist customer's compliance level against agreed Service Levels. Directly interfacing with clients, partners and field sales to assist licensing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction while maximizing customer revenue contribution across Microsoft product, Online and service offerings.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Understanding of Microsoft product offering and Licencing Rules Strong Project Management experience
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Licensing a distinct advantage
- 2nd European (Non English) Language a distinct advantage
- Strong understanding of hosted/cloud/data centre/server infrastructure environments
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in an IT related discipline
- IT industry experience
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to demonstrate the following:
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong presentation, communication, organization and time management skills
- Work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
