My telecom client is looking for several consultants to be based in Mexico, please see below for further JD:
You must have more than 13 years' experience wireless and network
1. Master at least two of the knowledge about GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA/OSS/etc. Familiar with end to end MBB service proposal design
2. Have experience of new build, expansion, reconstruction, IP modernization and network sharing/consolidation scenarios on living network, and P&E project
3. Master the ability of information analysis, network design, integration test, service and data migration, service integration verification and acceptance, networking optimization
4. Have the advanced knowledge of transmission and RF
5. Understand the framework and basic part of ITR process
6. Understand the framework and basic part of service delivery process
7. Have earned reputations as both masters and innovators, internally and externally in related skill ares.
8. Strong presentation skill and with capability to convince customer's high level management
9. Good English communication skill in both written and oral
10. Able to contribute to the development of the business and teams through ideas and training strategy
11. PMP certified
