Role & Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a strong Service Manager/Service introduction manager who interface with the 3rd Party suppliers, help the build/test/run team, and manage the production and then ultimately the support team.
Essential Experience:
You will be responsible for creating the service diagrams
You will need a level of technical understanding around Identity and Access Management.

Infrastructure/Datacentre
3rd Party Management/Interfacing
You will need an excellent eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Being a team player is necessary but also able to work independently when needs be.
