Social Media Executive - Photoshop - Gif Creation - Generating Content & Interest - Marketing - Broadcast - Final Cut Pro
Our well known Broadcast client requires a Social Media Executive to create compelling content for all social media and audiences for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- To generate, own and curate conversations on the channel's social media presences in line with the channel's agreed social media strategy
- To build relationships with on-screen talent and key influencers on social media to enrich the channel's social output and grow reach, to build an 'address' book of contacts and understand the community on the channel
- To be responsible for developing the style and tone of voice for each of the social media
- To write high quality copy and create assets (images, gifs, video) that can be used across the social media channels in accordance with channel priorities
- To support the Social Media Manager in running high priority social creative campaigns,
- To develop innovative creative approaches to curating social media content, utilising existing and new tools
Required Skills:
- Strong Social Media Expertise with evidence of having run social media accounts, either from scratch or inherited
- Strong copywriting and graphic design skills with a proven ability to work with technology platforms and software such as Final Cut Pro and Photoshop
- Adept at executing and optimising paid performance media campaigns
- Effective written and verbal communication, with good presentation skills
- The Social Media Marketing Executive will be expected to have experience within the broadcasting industry or an industry with similar brand facing business
- Experience of editing and encoding video using Final Cut Pro for online publishing
