Job Requirements:
GSM Capacity Dimensioning as part of BoQ ordering. ENCP competence is proposed for this.
GSM Low Level Design - CDD and RNDCIQ needs to be provided.
GSM Tuning - Monitoring, neighbor, frequency and basic parameter tuning. Monitoring, reporting and acceptance needs to be included. Using ERA/ERCM might also be a possible tool for delivery.
GSM Optimization frequency, neighbor optimization using ECO/EFO. We will aim to perform this as part of final acceptance. Please quote per cluster and provide RNDCIQ or scripts for implementation
