Organization specialist (Italian/English)
SENOVO IT is urgently looking for an Organization Specialist to work in Luxembourg on a long term assignment.
The Organization Consultant/Specialist will work closely with the CFO and Organization Director to assist with defining the structure/company chart and also assign project tasks and PMO functions within the Financial, Controlling areas.
7-10 years of experience working as management consultant in transformation initiatives (organization/change management related topics)
A very good knowledge of CFO processes is a must have, as he/she will work as part of the internal Organization Team on initiatives mainly related to the CFO area and aiming to improve its organization and processes (and in part also systems).
Although we are looking for a senior professional, the position will be directly responsible for analysis activities and for very operative tasks (eg preparation of Powerpoint presentations for CxO Levels)
