Description
Insurance Business Analyst is required for a leading Insurance organisation to be based in their Hong Kong office. They are currently going through a large transformation in Asia and have invested multi millions of $, and require an Insurance Business Analyst to work on a change project for an initial 6 months. As the Business analyst you must have experience of working in the Insurance space and working on a range of business change/IT - Technology Change projects.
Responsibilities:
Capturing and documenting business requirements
Hosting steering committees
Influencing key business stakeholders
Process mapping
Tender analysis and RFP
Experience:
Experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance Domain
Business Change experience
Ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects without losing sight of program objective
Running workshops to identify business requirements
Writing business requirements and conducting due diligence to obtain sign off
Mapping business processes and customer journeys
