Electronic Design Engineer, EMC, LVD, Digital, Analogue, PCB
Our client is seeking an experienced Electronic Design Engineer to join their busy Hardware Engineering team. You will be responsible for electrical/electronic engineering to fulfil customer or development requirements through design, component specification, prototype, testing and full documentation stages.
Responsibilities
Carrying out electronic engineering tasks including design, testing, documentation and review.
Preparing systems and engineering specifications to obtain quotations from subcontractors and materials suppliers.
Providing technical assistance to all areas of the business on specific issues relating to electronic engineering.
Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
-
5-10+ years' experience working in an Electronic Design and Manufacturing role

Analogue and digital design experience

EMC and LVD Experience

Preparation of design and test specifications
-
Schematic capture using OrCAD or similar

Experience with RS232, USB and Ethernet interfaces
Desirable
- Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computing

Experience with RFID
