Description

CiP Programme Manager

Location: Yorkshire

Rate: £400 - £450 p/d

Contract Length: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Project Details: One of my NHS clients based in Yorkshire, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Transformation Programme Manager, to cover a trust wide CiP Programme, in an effort to reduce the current financial deficit of the trust.

You will be required to manage the delivery of a trust wide CiP programme, ensuring the specified targets are both achieved and sustained within each department of the organisation. You also be required to provide detailed reporting on the progress of the CiPs across the trust, liaising with both the Operational management and Finance teams.

Due to large scale transformation within the trust you will also be required to provide specialist advice on other aspects of transformation including QiPP, Service Re-design and Integration.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
  • A proven track record of developing, delivering and reporting on large scale CiP programmes.
  • The ability to operate within large stakeholder groups at a variety of levels within a healthcare environment.
  • PRINCE2 / MSP / LEAN qualification or equivalent

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CiP Manager to further develop their experience of large scale cost saving across a large NHS Acute organisation, whilst also looking into developing experience in other areas of transformation within the PMO.
