One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Customer Experience Management Consultant.
Please find some details below:
Candidates should have very hands-on/focused CEM experience - should be a CEM expert, not generic person.
1. Taking solution arch role in CEM/SQM total solution delivery project (from IBM/Ericsson/NSN etc)
2. Hand on experience of CEM/SQM solution design and implementation for more than 2 years
3. Experienced technical consultant working in CEM/SQM operation/maintenance
4. Preferred skill: Analytics skill to support customer experience improvement
