Role: Solution Architect
Role Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to specify, design and select Solution Center information systems that deliver transformational value to the organization.
Responsible for the overall design of assigned planning and execution applications, EDGE systems and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
Architect to deliver the complete supply chain solution for the customer.
Act as the highest level technical expert, addressing problems of our suite of EDGE applications.
Performs feasibility analysis on potential future supply chain projects to management.
Responsible for the detailed implementation plan.
Collaborate effortlessly across the organisation with our PMO, support and solution architects.
Assist with the development of our EDGE strategy using their experience across platforms and tools
Influence the direction of our EDGE architecture, platforms, versions and toolsets.
Provide technical direction to our third party service providers and educate the internal team on best practices
Ensure data governance methodologies are adhered to within our regulated environment.
Uphold our agile development methodologies.
Allocate and drive accountability to the correct owner within our business ecosystem.
Job Function:
* Drive and influence the delivery of Supply chain solutions across our entire $10BN+ Supply Chain eco system incorporating 1000+ locations.
* Supply chain and EDGE Solutions will be required across all supply chain processes from end to end (Plan, Source, Make, Store, Sell, Ship and Return).
* IT champion and owner of Edge systems including Manufacturing Execution systems, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Advanced Planning Solutions, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Procurement systems. Management experience in some of the following systems areas: Red Prairie, Flexnet, Logility, OEE, Basware, Ariba. This role will have global influence with regards to supply chain planning and execution and will have visibility and influence at the executive level.
* successful delivery of Supply chain planning and execution/EDGE systems based on defined EDGE business/IT strategies, managing the implementation process end-to-end.
* Will provide Broad business process knowledge and IT management support on supply chain planning and execution with a related focus on warehouse management and inventory, logistics and fulfillment and demand/supply planning - provide expertise to AM and business leadership on EDGE, supply chain planning and execution systems
Job Responsibility:
* The solution Architect for supply chain planning and execution will work with supply chain planning and execution stakeholders to specify, design and select SC information systems that deliver transformational value to the organization. The SA will be responsible for annual spend of >$5m and capital projects of up to $10m annually. The Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall design of the supply chain planning and execution applications, EDGE systems and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements.

Key Business Processes: These positions will primarily focus on supply chain planning and execution (3.0) with a related focus on warehouse management and inventory, logistics and fulfillment and demand/supply planning with a secondary focus on procure to pay
