My client are a specialist in baggage system manufacture and integration. With a full range of baggage system products, solutions and services, they are one of the few companies in the world able to provide for all aspects of a baggage system solution from design to hand over and operations & maintenance.
Daifuku Logan have recently won a few large contracts with major airports, and as such need to expand their team to be able to cope with the increased workload. One of the key areas where they are light is within the Electrical Design team. There is a small team of 4-5 who currently form part of this team, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join them for an initial 3 month period. The main roles and responsibilities of this person will include designing baggage handling system layouts from scratch, reviewing the systems, and overseeing the other engineers.
Key skills:
- Experience working as an Electrical Engineer
- Experience working on and designing baggage handling systems
- An understanding of the regulations of electrical design
- Strong work ethic and team-player attributes
- Strong communication skills
