The SAP Professional Services Solution Consultant is the front line resource responsible for underwriting the strategy, design and build stages of the solution in assigned area.
Solution & business expert for assigned area and responsible for quality objectives in that assigned area.
Educates all stakeholders on the capabilities of SAP solution. Evangelize SAP standard solutions.
Evaluates the business process design and makes recommendations for improvements based on business objectives and solution capabilities.
Advises customer on best implementation practices and provide guidance on the solution design based on experiences gained in engagements with other customers in the industry.
Provides alternatives and openly communicates downstream consequences of non-standard solutions.
Identifies any solution gaps early to reduce potential project delays and additional cost.
Provides guidance and recommendations on business adoption activities, training, etc.
Ensures access to all SAP relevant experts to address issues and ensures resolution.
Identifies and resolves issues and risks related to the business solution.
Ensures business design within solution area is aligned to latest SAP enhancements and future product roadmap.
Challenges and validates the SI input and interacts with other EA resources to ensure that assumptions are being made correctly.
