Description of the mission:
Your responsibilities will be to:
- attract various profiles (junior/seniors ; engineers/sales/administration) for the teams based in Europe and overseas ;
- define the job contents with line managers and validate the expected candidate's profile ;
- understand the tasks performed by teams ;
- analyze the best search channels optimize in order to optimize recruitment policies ensuring effectiveness of selection techniques ;
- manage the entire selection process: sourcing, screenings, interviews and recommendation to line managers ;
- prepare and discuss offers with candidates ;
- report to the management the recruitment overview give and recommendations in order to optimize ;
- initiate and/or participate in HR projects ;
- manage requests related to training ;
- lead onboarding interviews for hired candidates.
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in the a similar role
- Familiarity of ICT environment and jobs
- Experience working in a fast paced environment (used to flexible workhours)
- French and English are required. Knowledge of other language is a plus.
