- Good knowledge in Basis Technologies' Transport Express and SAP Central Processing Scheduler
- Prepare Statement of Work, Project Plan and Responsible for End to End Implementation of the Integration
- Design the Integration between SAP Solution Manager and BMC Remedy for auto creation & closure of Incidents
- Configure the Alert forwarding from SAP Solution Manager thru' SNMP Traps to BPPM tool
- Derived custom logic for auto closure of redundant alerts in SAP Solution Manager Alert Inbox
- Perform End to End Test from SAP Solution Manager to BPPM to BMC Remedy
- Draft and prepare configuration guide
- Design SLD Strategy in the Landscape
