Senior IT Training/Instructional Designer (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Work with OCM Manager to adjust and implement training plans
- Apply structured methodology designing and developing training courses for employees and Service Desk agents
- Prepare training material (depending on the requirements (E-Learning, videos, classroom, etc)
- Design, and develop training workshops as well as instructional strategies
- Support training efforts
- Implement evaluation measures gathering user satisfaction
- Provide assistance to trainers
Your qualifications
- Profound working experience in multinational company related to trainings
- Sound knowledge of Instructional Designer concepts and e-learning technologies like Articulate Presenter/Storyline and Quizmaker, TT Knowledge Force (TTKF), Adobe Captivate Lectora)
- Know-how preparing videos (Adobe Premiere as Software)
- Experience in training needs, analysis, and curriculum design as well as implementation strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong interest in new technologies and familiar with the Google Suite.
- Good understanding of IT project implementation projects
- Technical writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as high attention to detail
- Excellent graphic Design Skills and proficiency in working virtually
