A West Midlands based company are currently looking for a UAT Coordinator to join the business on an initial 4 month contract.As a UAT Coordinator your role primarily relates to the planning and execution of UAT tasks across a large number of business users on behalf of the Business Project Team.
Your responsibilities will involve line management of a Project Support Consultant, ensuring a watertight UAT process including the timely gathering of UAT requirements, estimation of UAT tasks, writing test matrices, securing resource, writing test scripts, execution of test scripts and compiling end of test reports; often to very tight timescales.
You will be liaising with business representatives, members of IT, and other business partners as necessary in order to execute testing activities in line with technical and business requirements, and taking into account constraints, dependencies and considerations (both internal and external).
Specific deliverables expected from you in this role include;
- Ensuring all prerequisites for the UAT are completed, Training, scripts, process, locations, equipment, communications etc
- UAT high level and detailed resourced plan produced and communicated.
- UAT process document, communicated and managed through the cycle.
- UAT Test scripts uploaded and managed in HPQC (to include Segregation of Duties scripts).
- Updated HPQC reports­ daily provision
- All scripts executed and recorded on HPQC
- Signed off UAT full documentation provided for audit
As mentioned, this role will start with an initial 4 month contract and will be paid between £250-£350/day dependent on how your experience fits the role specification.
