CAD Design Engineer - 3 Month Contract - East Midlands
Amoria Bond are looking for a CAD Design Engineer with Powertrain/Base Engine experience for a 3 month contract with one of our clients who are one of the leaders in the cutting edge solutions they provide.
You will join an existing team of Design Engineers and create detailed engine component designs and drawings. The project you will work on is an engine upgrade programme which is still in the early stages so it is an ideal time to join.
The day to day responsibilities are:
*Manipulate and Update 3D files of Powertrain components in Creo
*Work with engineers to update designs and models when required
*Generate drawings for powertrain components using customer format and standards
*Releasing of drawing into customer system
I am looking for someone with the following experience:
*Highly experienced within component design engineering
*ProEngineer/Creo experience is essential
*3D modelling and 2D drawing skills
*Experience of generating drawings for release
*Experience of powertrain components and systems
