Description
The work involves producing short articles that bring law alive for gifted and talented sixth form students (16-18 year olds). The aim is to make the students think about issues within the law industry more widely and must fulfil the following criteria:- Give a sense of the nature of the law industry. What ways is it likely to change in the future? What is preventing it from changing in response to certain issues?
- Provide a critical understanding of the theory that underpins law. Shed light on some of the historical or cultural influences that have shaped our interpretations of justice.
- Provide an insight into the experience of working in law. Explain the various different career paths within law, what the everyday work would involve and the skills required to excel.
- Draw on current affairs and highlight recent developments in the field.
- Build appropriate links to other websites.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has legal knowledge. They should also have had experience in writing articles or blogging and be able to build links effectively.
