OSS Delivery Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.
Position Title: OSS Delivery Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: April 2016
Duration: 12 months initial
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
- Design detailed OSS solution, communicate with the customer for requirement refinement and clarification.
- Design HLD, ensure OSS solution implementation.
- Make clear NOC workflow, design feasible BO-BE IT flow.
- Make clear NOC operation scenario, design use case for OSS.
- Collect the network operation requirement, manage and analyze requirement, trace the requirement E2E implementation.
- Support OSS pre-sales activity, participate in the technical solution review.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Degree in computer science/communication or electronics; over 10 years working experience in the field of telecommunications or IT related areas; at least 6 years experience of OSS.
- Familiar with OSS product and solution, actual experience of OSS solution implementation.
- Familiar with Operator organization and workflow, familiar with eTOM and ITIL.
- Competence to design IT flow and system operation for NOC operation service.
- Fluent in spoken & written English, and able to travel frequently and in long-time period.
- Have certain customer influence in industry.
