Consultant Fluid System Analysis Engineer
A Consultant Fluid System Analysis Engineer is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Cumbria.
This is a 12 month contract with a leading UK defence client.
Overview of the Consultant Fluid System Analysis Engineer contract role
Undertake fluid system analysis and provide expert advice across the engineering function in this subject area as well as develop and run Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) fluid system analytical models at all levels of complexity
Key skills required for the Consultant Fluid System Analysis Engineer
- Proven experience in the design of a wide range of fluid systems.
- Demonstrable experience in the use of 'Flowmaster' 1-D CFD software package for the analysis of complex fluid systems.
- Ability to mentor and advise other engineers in applicable fields.
- MSc/PhD in relevant subject area.
The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District.
