Description

On offer is a 12 month contract with one of the leading Machine to Machine connectivity platform providers. There is a high chance of extension and project scope that will 100% add value to your CV.

The day-to-day duties include:

- Being responsible for the global IP infrastructure design.

- Driving the success of geo redundant connectivity solutions.

- Conscious of security at all layers.

- Ensuring consistent uptime of the IP network.

- Being a key point of contact for vendors and providers.

- Participate in knowledge transfer to fellow engineers.

Requirements:

- CCNP required, CCIE preferred.

- Technologies required: BGP, OSPF, Firewall, IPSEC/MPLS VPN, HSRP, STP.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in IP network infrastructure design and implementation.

- Telecom experience preferred.

- Proven track record in working with small teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting TCP/IP issues.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Excellent spoken and written English.
