IMMEDIATE START!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for an experienced Quality System Analyst to start on the basis of a 1 year contract and a competitive daily rate of €260. You will be working for one of our most reputable clients' key European manufacturing hubs in Cork. The ideal candidate will drive the flawless and compliant execution of the assigned processes to meet the demand of the business and customers, along with ensuring that all processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include
Manage all quality system processes and work closely with various customers of the quality system processes to guarantee compliance to site
Work directly with various teams and owners to ensure that all actions and investigations are executed in and accurately documented within strict deadlines
Gather, analyse and present quality systems data and metrics for review meetings
Exploit all quality tools to track and communicate all quality performance metrics through presentations, reports and dashboards.
Continually analyse systems and processes, in order to identify areas that require change, improvement or illumination and focus on the ultimate goal of simplifying processes
Support all areas within the internal and external audits and where necessary, conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
Assists in forming a culture of quality awareness and communicating QMS, GMP and all related documents with all employees and reducing the environmental impacts on the work they perform

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
Experience of Pharmacovigilance, Project Management, process development and implementation
Demonstrable experience in problem solving and great communication skills
Good understanding of MS Office eg Excel and word)

Essential qualifications
Third level qualification (Science or an Engineering related discipline)
Planning and organizing skills
