We need a CMDB Process Writer for a contract in Berkshire.
This would be a business person - not technical - to define a set of processes, procedures, work instructions based on best practice to articulate how a CI is added to CMDB, what to do if when raising a change request the CI does not exist etc…
start in sometime in April for an initial 3 months with potential extension
