The Role - User Researcher
You will in charge of communicating user needs to Product Managers and Designers for digital services. You will plan and conduct in-house usability testing and research, working with Service Managers to create appropriate research strategies. Also, designing and analysing ad-hoc quantitative surveys, and make recommendations based in data.
The Candidate
- Experience of a variety of user testing methods
- Comfortable working with data, both gathering and analysis.
- Experience gathering requirement for web based services
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Audience modelling and developing design personas
