Description

Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Pay and Reward Lead for an initially 2+ month contract based in London.

Responsibilities :

  • Senior pay, reward, recognition and benefits specialist, with demonstrable experience of delivering comprehensive reward structures and strategies within a client focused, change and delivery orientated environment .
  • Proven experience and in depth understanding of interpreting and applying Civil Service pay and pensions policy, grading structures and employment terms and conditions
  • Track record of delivery in the design and implementation of reward strategies, managing pay and reward in a complex organisation
  • Experience in leading benchmarking, market analysis and the design, implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Possess a solid technical grasp of reward and benefits issues with extensive reward industry and product knowledge, including standard Job Evaluation tools.
  • Degree or equivalent level 5 qualification or extensive equivalent experience in reward
  • Chartered Member, CIPD
  • Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development.

Desirable experience:

  • Proficient in using SAP or other similar HR Information System
  • PRINCE2 or similar Project Management qualification
  • Hay job evaluation qualified assessor
