Senior Production Coordinator - TV Promos - Trailers - CEMA - Post Production - Broadcast

Our well known TV Broadcast client requires a Senior Production Coordinator who will manage a number of feeds coordinating the production of new promos, campaigns, reversions, navigation and branding elements. This includes devising production budgets, scheduling resources and managing delivery to TV play out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and follow forward planning documents relating to the production of the allocated feeds
  • Assist the Head of Production in project planning and appropriate resource management
  • Reconcile and monitor complex budgets, accounting for expenditure and report any overspends
  • Devise & monitor detailed production workflows and systems and constantly strive to improve them
  • Establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Experience of working as a Production Co-ordinator or above within a TV broadcast Creative Services department or similar
  • Strategic Planning & Decision Making
  • A high level of production and planning ability is required both in terms of production workflow and budget management and allocations
  • Complex Budget Management - including departmental and project budgets
  • Experience of devising and refining detailed production workflows & procedures
  • Experience of managing location production shoots
  • Familiarity with broadcast standard equipment and post production procedures
  • Ability to use proficiently a range of software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
