Description

We are currently working with a World Leader in Medical Devices who are looking to bring on a Supply Chain Analyst on a 12 month contract asap. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated components of the Supply Chain strategy with a focus on optimising product flow and then governing the ongoing sustainability of improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for process standardization and alignment across functions, markets and franchises / regions.

- Accountable for the regular measurement of process compliance.

- Accountable for the creation & maintenance of all required process-related documentation.

- Govern Supply Chain design by collecting supply and demand data; incorporating data into business strategies and assess the impact of results to modify and optimize the SC network plus perform cost analysis; publish & present results.

Knowledge and Capabilities

- Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.

- Ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels.

- Ability to drive & apply continuous process improvement tools and improvements to large and complex projects.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.
- Experience with several of the following processes: inventory management and inventory entitlement, supply chain management, supply planning, scenario analysis, sales and operations planning, process excellence (Lean, 6sigma, …), systems (SAP R/3, APO, BW), other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.
- Experience in a multi-echelon supply chain is preferred.

- Proven business acumen in the areas of Supply Chain, Commercial and financials.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication skills required.

- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau is desirable.

- Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals.

- Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers. Coach others when appropriate.

- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles.

- Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience.

- Ability to influence others in a matrix environment.

- Ability to persuade others using logical arguments & the ability to influence others and carry out routine negotiations from start to finish.

- Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine if refinements would enhance speed of results and productivity or quality &/or Ability to work with Continuous Improvement tools.

- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment by driving new concepts while maintaining flexibility.

- Applies understanding of cause-and-effect to key business drivers and their impact on economic value.
