Senior Business Analyst (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Evaluate an IT solution for Document Management and Content Collaboration
- Provide additional support & complement internal resources
- Collecting & documenting requirements
- Organize and lead stakeholder interviews
- Define process flows
- Prepare vendor RFI / RFP and tool selection
Your qualifications
- Profound experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven know how collecting requirements/ requirement analysis in complex environments
- Proven expertise facilitating & documenting of user requirements, functional and/or technical specifications, process flow diagrams, training documentation and/or instructions
- Ability to work independently and effectively with team members and virtual teams from different locations and cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of validated environments (CSV)
- Experience with enterprise document management processes & systems in pharma industry and related procedures and collaboration tools
- Experience with EMC Documentum D2, Veeva Vault or other technology as well as Health Technology Assessment (HTA) or Value Dossier business process is a plus
- Business fluent in English; German is of advantage
