Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.) So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Tasks:
The Senior BA is to provide additional support & complement internal resources in
- Collecting & documenting requirements
- Stakeholder interviews
- Define process flows
- Prepare vendor RFI / RFP and tool selection
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven expertise in collecting requirements/ requirement analysis in a complex environment
- Proven expertise in facilitation & documentation of User Requirements, Functional and/or Technical Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, Training documentation and/or instructions
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively with team members and virtual teams from different locations and different cultural background
- Experience in validated environments (CSV)
- Experience with enterprise document management processes & systems in Pharma Industry and related procedures and collaboration tools
- Business fluent in English & German
Nice to Haves:
- Previous pharma experience
- Experience with EMC Documentum D2, Veeva Vault or other technology is an advantage
- Experience with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) or Value Dossier business process
