Experiential Producer
Our client, a leading media organisation, is currently looking to hire an Experiential Producer on a freelance basis to join a well-established team in West London.

The Creative Production Team is responsible for producing on air & off air campaigns, mainly campaigns promoting channels and products as well as brand initiatives. You will cover a wide spectrum of production needs; on air, print, digital.
Responsibilities
This is a new role for an experiential producer to collaborate with the experiential team & a project manager to produce brand engagement installations on the onsite - this includes set builds, print and technical installations:
Experiential Set design - including full builds and sourcing of props.
Reels - typically reformatting of promos or existing clips to letter box format & a particular codec.
Print - typically this is 2-3 graphic skins to go over the above set design. In addition the campus budget does cover quite a bit of large format print.
Producer to oversee the budgets/production schedule and collaborates with 3rd party studios/print management.
Large format Idents/Motion GFX/VFX - ongoing R&D of our large format animations, support updates around the site.
Skills and experience required
- Demonstrated experience of experiential builds/displays
- Proven ability to deliver on time & on budget
- Print and reel experience an advantage
- Experience in a corporate environment an advantage
- Confident personality who's comfortable leading & decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking
- Ability to give constructive feedback
- Demonstrates strong persuasive and influencing skills
- An excellent team worker/player
- Demonstrates a flexible and pro-active approach
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Demonstrates a diplomatic approach
