Marketing Manager - Internal Communications - Banking Sector
I'm looking for a Marketing Manager with Internal Communications experience to join a big 4 consultancy specifically within the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee delivery of a comprehensive communications plan for key areas of responsibility, which supports market leadership and growth.
- Advice and support stakeholders in meeting their business needs and provide guidance on best practice communications and channel use (eg, conferences and teleconferences, videos, digital media, communications packs, town halls, roadshows and newsletters).
- Support BD leader and other members of the community in developing specific messages in support of the EMEIA markets agenda.
- Advise and coach key stakeholders on how they can incorporate market leadership and growth messages into their communications.
- Work closely with the BD, Sector and Soution leaders and team to ensure effective deployment/roll out of Sub-Area wide and local initiatives and change programmes
- Provide market leadership and growth content for regular Sub-Area communications vehicle.
- Share market successes in a way that demonstrates the power of EMEA in the market
Key Experience
- Post graduate experience in marketing, business development or communications
- First class communication skills (written & verbal) - your message is clear and is understood
- Ability to develop strong working relationships at a senior level and to team across boundaries
- Creativity and innovation - with clear knowledge and understanding of digital channels
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience of working in Financial Services is also desirable
