Functional Analyst
Field of activity
In your position as Functional Analyst, you will assist the project with preparing the customer readiness documents (detailed services descriptions, customer handbooks, etc.).
Tasks/responsibilities
Collect input for customer communications and customer supporting documents
Analyse project documentation (business requirements, functional analysis documents, etc.) and write detailed services descriptions on the basis of this analysis.
Define the gab between the existing customer handbook and the new services to be delivered by the various projects.
Update the customer handbook with the new or adapted services
Liaise with marketing for final editing of the customer documents
In addition it could be requested to:
Assist and advise customer's testing activities
Prepare and support customer training.
Prepare presentations to customers.
Qualifications/required skills
University degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
1 or 2 years experience in a financial institution Back Office or as analyst in the securities industry.
Strong interest in securities business and the description of services, processes and procedures
Excellent analytical skills.
Team player with a positive and pro-active attitude.
PC literate.
Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment.
Flexibility.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
