Description
My client, a global telecommunications company, are urgently looking for an Enterprise solution architect for an initial 6 month contract, to be based in North Sweden.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. In addition, the candidate will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network infrastructure hardware, software, and communication links.
The correct candidate will have:
Detailed theoretical and practical knowledge of IP protocols, Firewalls, Load balancers, Routers, Switches, and IDS/IPS, etc.
Expert knowledge installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches, etc.
Thorough understanding of OSI 7-layer model
Ability to design, build and maintain special-purpose and general purpose Internet DMZs, including BGP and DNS design.
Strong experience with internal and external BGP and internal EIGRP routing protocols.
The rate for this position is negotiable Dependent upon experience.
