Description
Hudson Technology, Change and Digital Transformation have an urgent requirement for a Group Payments Strategy Manager to join their leading client on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be working on a large digital payments platform, encompassing digital wallets, NFC and Regulation (PCI DSS). The focus will be on knowing payments data, market and competition exceptionally well and working with wider stakeholders to set an appropriate strategy and roadmap for the programme. The incumbent will also be responsible for all elements of customer insight and feedback alongside internal reports and MI analytics.
Role Objective
- Function as the primary support manager to the Senior Manager for Group Payments Strategy.
- Distil insight into digestible output and compelling presentations.
- Identify and presents creative solutions and recommended payment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with various teams across Group in order to keep abreast of all latest insight.
- Support the development and delivery of a 12 month project plan.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Payments in Retail and/or Banking.
- Advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent stakeholder manager.
- Excellent at distilling and simplifying complex topics and tasks.
- Preferable experience of working in a retail and banking environment (together ie conflicts of interest).
This role will be primarily based in Edinburgh, with flexibility required around travelling to different office locations 2 days per week.
