Description
Information Architect / Data Quality MgrPlan and design the information structure for the current project.
He/she will contribute to the IT information and design strategies, documenting the data using ER Studio, and various documents.
Defines and secures the information architecture for Vx across the different project topics of the information model
Develops and maintains the logical Information model for Vx, describing the business entities and the relationships between them
Integrates the program/project information models from the different streams so as to guarantee consistency
Assesses impacts related to changes, fit gap analysis and the current and target state of the data landscape: estimates feasibility of the information specifications and provides feedback
Contribute to the establishment of the various data quality plan, and metrics necessary to maintain data quality
Directs the culture, methods, techniques and technologies linked with information quality
Assures information quality assessment and improvement actions within programs and projects
Accountable to define & document, with the business, all the necessary data quality plans.
To support IT in the planning and design the information structure & flow necessary
He/she will contribute to the IT information and design strategies, documenting the data using ER Studio, and various the documents as per Vx IT methodology.
Accountable to develop, using the Ataccama data quality tool, the data quality monitoring capabilities necessary to the fast track; and this in line with the data quality plans.
Key Competencies
Minimum of 5 years within the Biopharma industry is a plus
Highly articulate and excellent written communications & presentation skills
A proven ability to lead communications strategies in other organisations.
Advanced knowledge in ER Studio Data architect
Familiarity with the process to develop and commercialize medicinal products provides a good grounding for the elaboration of fit-for-purpose data quality management strategy.
Influential and credible across business and IT groups
Solid understanding of business priorities and concerns
Hands on experience in performing an information analysis and modeling data
Knowledge of industry standards in the field of information architecture (TOGAF) and information governance (DAMA, Cobit, Mike etc.)
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

Degree and languages
University or high school equivalent diploma (Bachelor): Communication, Pharma related topic
Structured way of working, in accordance with regulatory requirements and GxP processes.
