Description
+ Review, advise current or proposed project organization, resources, roles & responsibilities
- Solution Design, E2E service responsibility
- Integration & Verification (I&V)
- Operational roles and concepts, interworking with Design and I&V
- Etc.
+ Daily project plan and schedule management, alignment, definition of daily action item list and close wrap-up with the program manager to ensure project schedules are up-to-date, milestones are being tracked and monitored
+ Alignment with overall schedule, including but not limited to deadline for solution design, detailed plan, business case, etc.
+ Preparation of reports for status meetings at different levels, including Executive and Board level
+ Ensure proper reporting and escalation management
+ Review on vendor management role
+ Manage select existing and upcoming agreements and contracts with regards to the VoLTE project (subject to discussion and decision with the Client during kick-off phase)
+ Centralized coordination and escalation management between the Client and its suppliers for the VoLTE project (subject to discussion and decision with the Client during kick-off phase)
Deliverables:
+ Report including VoLTE deployment blueprint and mapping to the Client's situation and objectives
+ Project management documentation in combination with consistent and close support to the client's VoLTE project manager in day-to-day activities, taking ownership and responsibility, as agreed on mutual basis
+ Project documentation as part of centrally steered multi-vendor management during VoLTE project (subject to discussion and decision with the Client during kick-off phase).
