SOM Tools Specialist - BCM Atrium
My London based media/broadcasting client is looking for a SOM Tools Specialist with strong working knowledge of BMC Atrium Orchestrator (AO) and BMC Atrium Dependency & Discovery Mapping (ADDM). You must have Strong experience with ITIL v3 framework and make a full contribution to the Capability Workstreams, in particular the design of the core ITSM toolset and its data model, which will be delivered to support the SOM operating model. This will include work across the full delivery life cycle including detailed analysis, full documentation and testing of the toolset and processes.
